SHARP-SHRED, LLC Mobile Document Destruction is a professional paper shredding company, providing the most secure, efficient, simple and cost effective plan for destroying a company’s confidential information. SHARP-SHRED, LLC Mobile Document Destruction provides complete on-site document destruction services. Our company comes to your location and shreds your documents on-site. Our shredding equipment is installed in our truck and shreds at the rate of 1500 lbs an hour. We will quietly remove your documents to be shredded to our truck located outside your facility and provide you with a certificate of destruction upon completion.

Today’s information explosion can be devastating to a business. With the increased use of office copiers and computers, staggering amounts of sensitive information is being generated and carelessly discarded. SHARP-SHRED, LLC Mobile Document Destruction provides complete on-site document destructions services. Our equipment is capable of reducing large volumes of bulk paper. As a result there is no need to remove documents from folders or other steps of preparation for shredding. This permits the rapid bulk destruction of documents in a cost effective and efficient manner for the customer that is highly secure. We offer two types of basic services:

TYPE OF SERVICE
On-Demand Pick up — this service involves reducing large volumes of bulk paper that occur at the end of a retention period, business relocation, general cleaning, or when you simply need to recover limited file space. Purging of this bulk paper is a very large task that most companies cannot support without additional equipment and labor. Customers may utilize this service method on-demand, without any contractual obligation — use SHARP-SHRED, LLC for quarterly, semi-annual or annual destruction of documents and records at the end of a retention period. You'll receive a certificate of destruction as evidence of a privacy compliant program.

Scheduled Service Program — security conscience companies will setup a scheduled service program to capture confidential material on a day-to–day basis. With the increased use of office copiers and computers, staggering amounts of sensitive information is being generated and carelessly discarded throughout the office every day — creating an ever present potential for of loss of sensitive information. SHARP-SHRED, LLC will design a security plan that will fit your needs to capture sensitive materials from convenient collection points throughout the office. We provide free security consoles to securely lock away your designated materials in-between service calls and you decide what frequency is best for your organization. Adopting our monthly, bi-monthly or weekly service program shows your company is consistent and serious about privacy. You'll receive a certificate of destruction as evidence of a privacy compliant program. The security consoles available are small, medium, and large. The small console that we provide is of office furniture quality holds up to 70-85 lbs of material to be shred. The medium security console is made of a secure HDPE plastic and holds up to 200 lbs of material to be shred. The large security console is made of the same material and holds up to 300 lbs of material to be shred. This type of service includes free security consoles in sizes appropriate for your needs. It also includes shredding of all the material in the consoles and all the labor to remove the contents to our truck for shredding.
