1. SHARP-SHRED, LLC responds to your place of business — always using our truck outfitted with an Alleghany mobile shredding system. All materials are destroyed on-site, never transported off site for shredding, sorted, or stockpiled.
2. We as owners are also the field technicians and are uniformed and security screened to ensure you receive professional service with every visit to your place of business.
3. We always check in with your receptionist before entering your premise to confirm the work request and avoid undue interruption to your office. SHARP-SHRED, LLC can process up to 1,500 pounds of material per hour on-site. As a result you will receive Swift and efficient service.
4. Materials are collected from your boxes, file drawers or our secure collection containers. All labor to collect shred and dispose of these documents is included in our On-Demand Pick up or scheduled service program.
5. We gather up your sensitive documents and place them in our secure transport container under lock and key and proceed immediately to our mobile shredding truck waiting outside. We never leave your material unattended. Your documents are now in our custody and ready for SHARP-SHRED, LLC’s destruction.
6. Once at our mobile shredding truck, we remove the lock from the transport container and your materials are fed into the shredder and destroyed within minutes. Our handling procedure locks down security for your peace of mind.
7. Any client can witness the destruction process and a certificate of destruction is provided while we are on site.
8. SHARP-SHRED, LLC delivers the shredded material to a local recycling company where it is pressed into 1,000 - 1,500 lbs bales and recycled. As a result your materials are co-mingled with thousands of pounds of shredded debris making document reconstruction impossible.
